Dragon Qigong
Jing Qi Shen
These are the three great fires we tend to
Through this we tend to the inherent power to heal, regenerate and strengthen
It is even more than this
It is a path of knowing Thyself
Not just spiritual
But in these three levels of Jing, Qi and Shen
This life is a precious opportunity
By cultivating these three fires we move from mechanical existence to the brilliance of existence
We also acknowledge the law of entrainment
Through the love of discipline we bring these three fire to higher level of order
This order is the transformative process
When we do this together, something will come alive in the human field
βThe Body is the House of Energy,
The Energy, the Matrix of the Spirit
Reforming How we Relate to Our very Existence.β
The Dragon Dances Between Something and Nothing.
The dragon is a symbol of freedom and flexiblity. When we free the mind, and bring flexibility into the cellular level, we are able see with new eyes, and deepen our relationship with life.
The ancients invite us to stop to see.
In these explorations we are invited to offer into the fire everything we think we know and acknowledge the phenomenon of our existence. In the stopping we create a space for another kind of knowledge to come forward. We start to invite another way of relating to breath and movement. Opening through, softening the doer and inviting the dance of breath and movement
The qi communicates much faster than the nervous system, and when we learn to relax we open ourselves to a greater intelligence, to inform us.
This is a relational practice
